England are in real danger of being relegated to the League of Nations after a 4-0 home defeat to ruthless Hungary on Tuesday.
This then became even more ugly for England, as Jossolt Nagy and Daniel Gazdag scored on both sides of John Stones’ red card, the worst home defeat of the Three Lions since 1928.
Although England enjoyed a positive start, they found themselves behind in the 16th minute as the Stones inadvertently returned to the danger zone and Sallai was ahead to push Aaron Ramsdale.
