Charles Leclerc led the qualifying session

F1 British GP Live: Red Bull’s Max Verstappen will fight Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc for POLE: Red Bull’s Max Verstappen will be seen fighting Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc on the iconic Silverstone Circuit for pole position ahead of the British Grand Prix tomorrow. In the FP1 session, Alfa Romeo’s Valteri Botas took first place and he was second and third behind Lewis Hamilton and Carlos Sange. Meanwhile, it rained in the FP1 session because ten drivers were not able to watch their lap time.

F1 British GP Live: Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc leads fastest, Verstappen and Alonso take second and third place – follow eligible live updates

Carlos Sange goes the fastest but now Leclerc takes first place. Meanwhile, Worstapen became the second fastest.
Guanyu Zhou sets the fastest lap time and goes to the top of the list. However, Fernando Alonso jumped to take first place.
Max Verstappen rotates his RB18 and manages to keep his car on track.

The drivers dropped from the Q2 session were Pierre Gasley, Valetri Botas, Yuki Sunoda, Daniel Ricciardo and Esteban Oakon.
Meanwhile, Nicholas Latifi has qualified for the Q3 session for the first time.
The Q2 session ended with Verstappen taking first place with Hamilton and Leclerc in second and third place.
AlphaTauri drivers are both at risk as Galsy is XI and Tsunoda is 13th overall.
Botas and Ricciardo are in danger because they are 12th and 14th overall.
Carlos Sange is the fourth fastest.
Hamilton settled for second and Lacklark for third, with Verstappen taking first place.
Fernando Alonso became the fastest and won the second place. Meanwhile, Perez took first place.
All drivers are still using intermediate tires.

Lewis Hamilton is second fastest and Lando Norris is seventh.
Meanwhile, Guanyu Zhu is in the fastest fifth place.
Max Verstappen took first place, followed by Leclerc and Sange.

Carlos Sange is in second place.

In the FP2 session, Carlos Senz took first place, followed by Lewis Hamilton and Lando Norris in second and third place. Home Heroes in the form of Hamilton and Norris did not disappoint fans.

F1 British GP Live: How Qualification Sessions Work

The qualifying round will begin today at 22:30 IST. The qualifying session is divided into three parts, Q1, Q2 and Q3. The Q1 lasts 18 minutes and has all 20 cars on the grid. At the end of Q1, five slower cars were dropped. Drivers who finish 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 are excluded.

The Q2 session lasts 15 minutes and there are 15 cars on the grid Again slower cars were dropped from 11th to 15th position. The Q3 lasts 12 minutes and has 10 cars on the grid. The position that drivers will finish in Q3 will be their starting grid position for the race.
